  2. Most Propress steamer repairs take a maximum of 5 working days.
  3. Our customer service team is trained to deal with most steamer related questions, but if you need to speak to an engineer don’t be afraid to ask.
  4. We will always get back to you and give you our advice before proceeding with a repair or replacement.

1. Propress steamers are all designed by us in the UK, and all our PRO Models are manufactured here as well. This allows us to keep tight control of the complete production journey, ensuring the best components and pricing.
2. Propress steamer repairs are priced on time and materials basis, together with carriage when applicable.
