Customer service is exceptional and

Customer service is exceptional and delivery was within 24 hours.
They are simply the best steamers you can buy. (Our previous Propress steamer was 21 years old when it eventually passed away. We'll see if we can beat that with our new one. )

The Best Steamer

You can't fault them (considering the amount of work we put them through). Our previous Propress lasted 21Years!

Excellent service

Excellent machine alongside excellent customer service from Marc, who I believe is the owner of the company. He delivered the steamer himself on a New Yearâ€:tm:s Eve at lunchtime.

Progress purchase process

Really appreciated that the guys went to trouble of plain wrapping this expensive surprise gift at such a busy time of year. Nice service touch.

Exceptional Customer Service

Exceptional Customer Service

Does as it says on the tin!

Used for first time yesterday on a bridal gown, took a third the time my other steamer did! Love it! So far so good!

ProPress PRO290 Professional Steamer

We purchased the PRO290 Professional Steamer to use at home - purchased online. Marc from ProPress called us to inform us that the steamer had been sent and would arrive the next day. True to his word, the steamer was delivered the next day - we live in a rural area about 900kms from dispatch! Set-up was straight forward, and the steamer works wonderfully! We are very happy with our purchase. Marc was professional, and a great representative of the company. Thank you again Marc.

Brilliant clothes steamer

Should buy it long time ago! Reduced my ironing time dramatically. Delighted with this product.

Easy to use and works

Easy to use and works in most garment though it is not as effective for linen materials, needed to steam iron my linen clothes twice or trice to remove the wrickles.

Highly recommend

I bought this steamer for general domestic use and couldnâ€:tm:t be happier. Itâ€:tm:s replaced my iron and saved me heaps of time!
