The steamer is good quality and does not leak, especially when used horizontally. I find it works especially well on delicate fabrics. It does require some getting used to, and there is a technique to using it. I found the heat resistant glove to be extremely useful, however I purchased the extra pressing pad and have not found this to be of much benefit and would not purchase again. The “Big Belly Tank” is essential if you plan on pressing more than two items. I’m very glad I ordered the larger water tank, as I use it all the time.

This is so easy to use and does not drip. The constant steam is awesome and it makes ironing dresses so much easy. It’s also taken the crease out of my wedding hat - love it

From delivery to using for the first time I am very impressed. Delivery was professional and I was kept in the loop from the moment the order was made. The presentation of the Mini Propress in its box is great and practical for everyday storage. Build quality is excellent, you can see the quality and that this a built to last appliance.
Use is easy and I am very impressed with the results on cottons and delicates. The iron age is over. This is far more practical and works perfectly to our needs. This is was a considered purchase and now I wouldn't be without it.

Really impressed with this steamer which I was planning on using solely for bed linen. However, given how well it performs, I’ve started using it on clothing too. Fast shipping and quality packaging was an added bonus!

I haven’t actually used it yet as have had quite a lot on and have not had the time, but I am definitely going to try it soon. It looks really good and the button staying on at steam is great for me as I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, so this is a boon for me. I’ll be using it for small items at first as my big ironing gets sent away as impossible for me to use an iron.

Everything from the initial enquiry was great. All questions ordered, I needed it in a hurry - it arrived next day as promised. Easy to use, comes with everything you need. Perfect if you need it when travelling.

Feels substantial but lighter than an iron, appears well made, I’m waiting for my granddaughters feedback and if she is impressed wii buy one for myself, her new build home doesn’t have much storage space and with this she won’t need a bulky ironing board.

Been eyeing this up for last few years and finally bitten the bullet! Expensive compared to many others, but so worth it. Great quality. So easy to use and with brilliant results. Love that you can iron with it too, with no leaks. Invested in a big belly tank for when I’ve got a few extra bits to steam. Bit bigger than expected and not ideal for travelling lightweight but ideal if no luggage restrictions. My husband is a steamer fan now too!

Does what it says on the box, unlike other cheaper versions. Invest your money in this little gem and you won’t be disappointed. You CAN actually steam horizontally without any water leakage or spluttering, great for fitted sheets that are notoriously difficult to iron in the conventional way. I can wholeheartedly recommend propress after using the full size version for many years in the clothing retail industry. The MINI handheld is also easy to pack and take away on holiday. Always use deionised water to keep your steamer in optimum condition and to avoid any hard tap water issues. I find that the water tank is adequate for 3 - 4 items of clothing but you can purchase the big belly water tank which will hold more. The filling hole is small and no filling cup with this model so you will need to use something to aid filling the tank without spilling. This is a winner.

This is quite simply the best steamer I have ever owned. I have used on delicate wedding outfits, wool suits, linens, cottons and synthetics with the same excellent results.
I have also used it horizontally with no risk of water droplets, so good for bedding as well as dressmaking and tailoring projects.
Purchased with the big belly tank and pressing pad, which I would highly recommend to increase versatility.

I had a problem at the beginning where I couldn’t get my steamer to operate - this was very swiftly sorted by a zoom call with an engineer and was probably a very small air block- easily sorted by hitting the base of the steamer!
I have brought it on holiday to Singapore where clothes crease easily - it seems to be an extremely effective and robust machine, very quick to heat up and has worked brilliantly steaming a linen dress on the bed and no water leaking at all- ( I have previously had that problem with other steamers and steam irons). I am so thrilled with it I am going to leave it as a gift for my daughter-in-law and purchase a replacement, It weights just over a kilo but if you can refresh clothes easily you don’t need to pack so many and because the plate is metal it also acts just like an iron - fantastic product!

Doesn't seem to work on a cruise ship which is what I bought it for.

Despite it’s name the ‘Mini’ is still quite large, perhaps too large for travel, more portable for at home or traveling by car. That said it is a quality product, solidly made, and Propress’ service was excellent.

Great product, easy to use, heats up quickly. Good for a quick steam of any items coming straight out of the wardrobe that are creased.

I bought the first hand held Propress with larger reservoir accessory for myself initially but didn’t open it straight away …..then decided to give it to my son when he and his girlfriend moved into their first property last month - I’ve become very popular quickly as they love it ! No ironing board on their shopping list now .
